Leading and directing the Sales Department to ensure the achievement of the factory’s sales targets and to enhance revenue growth, through managing the sales team, improving the quality of sales operations, and integrating them with production, collection, and operational systems

Qualifications and Required Experience

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, including at least 4 years in a supervisory role
- Proven experience in the furniture sector
- Practical knowledge and hands-on experience with ODOO and CRM systems
