COMMUNITY INITIATIVES
Women's Empowerment:
ALLAMAA Factory participated in supporting and empowering Saudi women in the field of industrial work, and the experiences of employing women proved that relying on women in industrial work achieves high productivity as a result of the development enjoyed by Saudi women regarding social responsibility.
Cooperative Training:
ALLAMAA Factory participated in creating cooperative training opportunities for university students in administrative and engineering disciplines to enhance the academic and vocational path through guidance and empowerment for qualification in the labor market.
