Terms and Conditions
Prices: The prices above are fixed.
Price quote period: The price quote period is one week only (7 days) from the date of sending the price quote.
default measurements: in case no measurement has been provided then the factory's default measurement will be used. To see the measurements scan the QR code below
Delivery time: Forty-five (45) work days after receiving the first payment and closing the last payment in the payment time.
products: products cannot be changed in type or in design permanently after confirming the order, and in case there are some minor changes on the details that do not affect the manufacturing process can be done after approval from the factory .
Storing products: If the customer is late in receiving the order after being notified of its
availability, a storage fee of 50 riyals per cubic meter will be charged after the first week.
Manufacturing: If the customer delays choosing any details related to the order, such as colors, fabrics, etc., and this causes a delay in manufacturing the order or part of it, this is the customer's responsibility.
Delivery & Connection: Delivery is on the factory floor. Delivery may be made free of charge to customers in areas (Al-Khobar, Dammam, Al-Qatif). if delivery is outside the factory, the cost of shipping will be added to the customer.
Payments:
payment 50% when agreeing to the contract signing.
Last payment 50% ten (10) days before delivery.
Confirmation: paying the first payment is considered approval of the order and agreeing on the terms mentioned before.
advertising: the factory has the right to use images and clips of the customer's products for media coverage and marketing on social media platforms without harming both parties. We also have the right to use the client's visual or brand identity to celebrate our partners in success.
Warranty coverage: The warranty period is two years and covers all defects resulting from manufacturing defects and faulty materials.
Warranty Exceptions:
-consumed parts. factory
-Defects arise from unsafe use, improper handling, and defect arises from misuse.
-Defects caused by the customer's own incorrect repairs.
Intellectual Property: All of the factory's product has a logo sticker on them, which is considered a part of the product's intellectual property, and any tampering with the logo by either removing it or any other way is considered a breach of the intellectual ownership. Therefore, the Products will be without warranty.
