Terms and Conditions

  • Prices: The prices shown in the price quote are fixed.
  • Validity of Price Quote: The price quote is valid for one week (7 days) only from the date of issuance.
  • Default Measurements: If measurements are not provided, the factory's default measurements will be adopted. Please scan the QR code below to view these measurements.
  • Products: It is not possible to change the product type or design after order confirmation. In case of minor modifications to details that do not affect the manufacturing process, they may be implemented subject to factory approval.
  • Product Storage: If the customer delays order receipt after being notified of its readiness within 10 days, storage fees of 50 SAR per cubic meter will be charged for each day of delay.
  • Manufacturing: If the customer delays choosing any details related to the order, such as colors, fabrics, etc., and this causes a delay in manufacturing the order or part of it, the responsibility lies with the customer.
  • Delivery and Installation: Delivery is at the factory premises. Free delivery is provided to customers in areas (Al-Khobar, Dammam, Qatif). If delivery is outside the factory area, shipping costs will be added to the customer.
  • Confirmation: Payment of the first installment is considered an acceptance of the order and an acknowledgement of all the above conditions.

General Rule for Calculating Delivery Time:

Both parties agree that the manufacturing and delivery time shall not commence until both of the following conditions are met:

  1. Receipt of the payment due as per the agreed payment method.
  2. Completion of all technical requirements and detailed selections by the second party, and the actual commencement of manufacturing processes by the first party.

Second: If the customer pays the full contract value in advance:

  • Delivery shall be within a period of no less than forty-five (45) working days, calculated from the date of actual commencement of manufacturing.
  • Fridays and Saturdays are not counted as working days.

Third: If the customer requests delivery before the regulatory period:

  • The first party has the right to impose additional fees for urgent delivery, amounting to fifty (50) Saudi Riyals for each day prior to the scheduled delivery date.
  • These fees are paid in full with the total contract value, and any urgent delivery request is not considered valid unless paid.

Fourth: If the customer pays a percentage (50%) of the total contract value:

  • The first party commences manufacturing after receiving the advance payment and completing all technical selections.
  • Delivery shall be within a period ranging from (50) to (60) working days from the date of actual commencement of manufacturing.
  • Fridays and Saturdays are not counted as working days.
  • The second party is obligated to pay the remaining amount (50%) before the delivery date by at least (10) working days. Any delay in payment is considered a legitimate reason to postpone delivery without any liability on the first party.

Fifth: Warranty Coverage Terms

Warranty and Maintenance Policy:

  1. The factory provides a warranty on its products against manufacturing defects for a period of (2 years) from the date of final delivery to the customer.
  2. The warranty period covers all wooden parts, metal parts, mechanisms, hinges, and finishes.
  3. Replacing the product or any of its parts does not lead to the start of a new warranty period; the original warranty continues until its specified end date.

Article (3): Warranty Scope

The warranty covers the following cases:

  1. Manufacturing defects in materials, welding, coatings, or installation.
  2. Separations or fractures resulting from a manufacturing defect.
  3. Rust or peeling resulting from a fault in processing or industrial coating.
  4. Defects affecting the functional performance of the product due to a manufacturing fault.
  5. Weakness in mechanical systems or mechanisms resulting from a manufacturing defect.

Article (4): Number of Warranty Claims

  1. The customer is entitled to use warranty services up to three (3) times maximum for the same product during the warranty period.
  2. In case of recurrence of the same defect for the fourth time, the factory has the right to replace the product or refund its original value according to the technical report.
  3. If it is proven that the repeated faults are resulting from misuse, the warranty is immediately cancelled without prior notice.

Article (5): Transportation and Maintenance Costs

  1. The factory bears the transportation and repair costs only if a manufacturing defect is proven during the warranty period.
  2. The customer bears the transportation costs if the defect is found to be resulting from misuse, improper installation, or environmental factors or other cases not covered by the warranty.
  3. The customer bears the transportation costs temporarily for examination purposes if they request it; these costs will be refunded if the manufacturing defect is proven during the warranty period.

Article (6): Exclusions from Warranty

The following cases are excluded from the warranty scope:

  1. Stains, burns, or scratches resulting from daily use or negligence.
  2. Change in color or texture due to sun exposure, heat, or humidity.
  3. Damages resulting from transportation or installation by an unauthorized party.
  4. Natural defects in wood or metal such as color variations or natural markings.
  5. Products sold "as is" or used products displayed at the factory.
  6. Chemical treatments or additional coatings performed by the customer.
  7. Humidity, liquids, steam, or environmental factors.
  8. Removal of the serial number or product identification label.
  9. Use of unsuitable cleaning tools or chemical substances.
  10. Natural disasters and force majeure such as fire, floods, or lightning.
  11. Use of the product in places not designated for such use.
  12. Moving or dismantling the product in an unprofessional manner, which causes damage to the parts.
  13. Aesthetic defects or minor curvatures or natural impressions that do not affect the use.

Article (7): Warranty Claim Procedure

  1. The customer must submit an official notice within (7 working days) from discovering the defect, attaching the invoice and photos clarifying the situation.
  2. The product is examined by a specialized team to determine the cause of the defect.
  3. The Quality Department issues a technical report determining the type of defect and whether it is covered by the warranty.
  4. In case the manufacturing defect is proven, the factory determines one of the following procedures:
    • Free product repair.
    • Replacement with a new, similar, or equivalent product.

Article (8): Repair or Replacement Period

  1. Repair or replacement shall be completed within a period not exceeding (21 working days) from the date of approval of the claim.

Article (9): Re-delivery after Maintenance

  1. After maintenance or replacement is completed, the product shall be re-delivered to the customer at the same original delivery address without any additional fees for the cases covered by the warranty.
  2. The replaced product or part is not subject to a new warranty; it continues the original warranty period.

Article (10): Changing the Shipping Location before Delivery

  1. If the customer requests to change the delivery or installation address after the shipping order is issued, the customer shall bear all additional transportation, handling, and storage costs resulting from the change of destination.
  2. If the change occurs after the shipment leaves the warehouse, it shall be treated as a new shipping request.
  3. If the product is moved outside the free coverage area, the customer shall bear the difference in transportation costs.
  4. The factory is not responsible for any delay in delivery dates resulting from the change of address or contact information.

Article (11): Changing the Delivery Address after Maintenance for Products Covered by Warranty

  1. In case the customer requests to change the delivery address after executing maintenance or replacement.
  2. This is considered a new, separate service not covered by the warranty.
  3. The customer shall bear all additional transportation costs or differences in fees between cities and regions.
  4. The factory commits to re-delivering to the original address.
  5. If the product is moved to another region or outside the coverage area, it shall be delivered from the factory warehouse or via an authorized shipping company.
  6. The customer shall bear all costs in full.
  7. The factory is not responsible for any delay resulting from the change of address data after maintenance.

Article (12): Limitations of Liability

  1. The factory's obligation is limited to repairing or replacing the product.
  2. The factory is not responsible for any consequential damages, loss of profits, or logistical delays.
  3. Providing discounts or additional services is not considered a waiver of the factory's legal rights.

Article (13): Voidance of Warranty

The warranty is void in the following cases:

  1. Tampering with or modifying the product without written approval.
  2. Maintenance of the product by an unauthorized party or external interference.
  3. Moving the product to a new location without technical supervision.
  4. Use of the product outside its intended purpose.

Article (14): Usage and Care Instructions

  1. Use furniture in a closed, dry environment away from heat and humidity.
  2. Clean surfaces with a soft cloth and a mild cleaning solution.
  3. Avoid using water or chemical solvents directly on the surfaces.
  4. Lift furniture when moving it, and do not drag it on the floor.
  5. Adhere to the weight limits allowed for each piece of furniture.

Intellectual Property Rights:

  • Stickers bearing the factory's logo are considered part of the product, and intellectual property rights belong to the factory.
  • The customer has no right to remove them, and if the stickers bearing the factory's logo are removed, the customer loses their warranty rights.
  • The factory has the right to use photos and video clips of the customer's products for media coverage and marketing via social media platforms in a way that does not harm both parties. We also have the right to use the customer's brand identity to celebrate our partners in success.
  • If raw materials are changed after operation begins, the customer shall bear the cost difference.

Article Five: Penalties

  1. In the event the first party delays delivery beyond the periods specified in the fourth clause without a legitimate reason, it is obligated to pay a penalty of (0.5%) of the contract value for each day of delay, provided that the total penalty does not exceed (10%) of the contract value.
  2. In the event the products do not conform to the agreed-upon specifications, the first party is obligated to correct the defects or replace the parts at its own expense. In the event of repeated non-compliance, the second party has the right to terminate the contract and impose a penalty of (15%) of the value of the non-conforming items.
  3. In the event the second party delays payment of any due installments, the first party has the right to: Halt manufacturing or delay delivery until payment is made without bearing any liability.

General Provisions:

  1. These terms and conditions are subject to the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and jurisdiction shall be with the competent courts in the city of Dammam, unless otherwise agreed by the parties.
  2. The company has the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time, and the customer's continued use of the services after the amendments are published is considered acceptance thereof.
